1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship from Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland. We deliver to Ireland, the EU, and internationally.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Ireland: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials suited to the size and medium of each piece.
6. Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at fodzyoart@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all packaging and include photos of any damage when contacting us.
