1. General

By placing an order on fidzyo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

All artwork and products sold on fidzyo.com are created and sold by FidzyO. As original or limited artworks may vary slightly from images shown, we aim to represent all pieces as accurately as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at fodzyoart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note that this right does not apply to custom or personalised artwork made to your specification.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Shipping

We ship from Ireland. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. FidzyO is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on fidzyo.com remain the intellectual property of FidzyO. Purchase of a piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

FidzyO's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
